Pricing rules
The purpose of pricing rules is to persist the pricing agreements relative to your organization as a whole, your clients or properties.
Service pricing
- Services are priced based on the task category.
- When omiting the 'task category', the rule applies to all task categories.
- When creating a task, the pricing rules are evaluated and the hourly rate, call out fee and deducted work time fields are set automatically.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Category | Task category that the rule applies to (may be omitted to enforce the rule for all categories) |
Hourly rate | Hourly rate for the specified category |
Call out fee | Call out fee for the specified category |
Deducted work time | Call out fee may cover a unit of time that should not be billed. Specify hours and minutes to deduct |

- Organization pricing rules define the rules that apply whenever no other 'more specific' rule is available.
