Service agreement is defined by start and end date. Saago generates work orders and assigns them to technicians during the validity period of the agreement.

Checklist

List your contractual obligations and liabilities, these are automatically added to the maintenance log of the tracked asset. You can define a time estimate per checklist activity to measure organizational resources required to fulfill the agreement.

Periodic activities

Quarterly or annual maintenance’s may include additional activities and thereby require more resources to complete.

Seasonal activities

Service agreement may cover activities that are only agreed upon summer or winter periods or apply only to limited extent of the whole service agreement's duration.
