Property
Property (Asset) is the central part of the Saago platform as it brings together all the information about the maintenance history for specific property, device or a system.
Property types
Type is only used for grouping purpose and has no effect on any functionality within the Saago's system.

Property fields

| Name | Property, device or a system's name in human readable format for quick identification |
| Type | Classifier to group 'assets' based on primary function |
| Identification code | Either a cadastral reference, serial number or any custom value. Search inputs support the search by this value |
| Parent property | Enables defining hierarchical relations between properties, devices and systems. If parent property is selected then the address fields are automatically filled |
| Description | Information that is displayed after property address and is always visible |
| Address | When a task is created relative to a property, then this address is displayed as the location where the work is to be performed. On the mobile device the address can be clicked to initiate the navigation |
| Access description | Information that is required to access or locate the asset |
| Status | When property is created, this value defaults to 'active'. If this value is set to 'inactive', then the property will not show up in the search results |
Specifications (Custom fields)
General purpose 'free form' fields that require defining the field 'name' and 'value'.

Related users
- People within your organization or the partner organization that the property is shared with that are assosciated with given asset.
- User relations form the basis for configuring automation rules for task, issue and price offer forwarding and assignment.
- Users that are not permitted to see all the assets and tasks within Saago must be explictly linked to an asset to permit them viewing the data.

Adding users

| User must confirm tasks | True/False - Specify whether the related person must review and confirm all the tasks assosciated with this asset |
- Same person may perform multiple roles relative to a single asset.
- 'Manager' role is treated as special - Whenever automated forwarding does not succeed in finding a more suitable person, the tasks, issues and price offers are forward to the 'Manager'
- 'Accountant' role can be set to forward the task acts after task confirmation for additional review.
Related 'clients'
All the related companies are limited by the 'RELATION VALIDITY PERIOD', this allows to keep track of the history.

| Subsidiary | Person or a company that is related to the asset indirectly and is added to tasks as a subsidiary, thereby linking the tasks to this entity |
Contacts
Displayed whenever somebody is required to perform a task relative to this asset.

Generating PDF reports
Maintenance log
All the activity related to the asset is automatically collected to form the maintenance log.
Work log
List of tasks and their duration limited by the time range selection. (No billing information included)
